ConfigTool respects and protects the personal privacy of all Users who use the services. To provide you with more accurate and personalized services, ConfigTool will use and disclose your personal information in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Policy. 1. Scope of Application

a) The personal registration information you provide in accordance with ConfigTool's requirements when registering a ConfigTool account;

b) The information automatically received and recorded by ConfigTool on your browser and computer when you use ConfigTool network services or visit the ConfigTool platform webpage, including but not limited to your IP address, browser type, language used, access date and time, software and hardware feature information, and web page records you requested and other data;

c) To collect your information under this Privacy Protection Policy, or to provide you with services, optimize ConfigTool's services and ensure the security of your account, we will need to request relevant permissions from you; sensitive permissions such as address book, precise geographic location, camera, microphone, photo album, etc. will not be enabled by default, and will only be authorized to us after your explicit consent.

d) User's personal data obtained by ConfigTool from business partners through legal channels. You understand and agree that the following information is not applicable to this Privacy Policy:

• a) The keyword information you input when using the search service provided by the ConfigTool platform;
• b) The relevant information and data collected by ConfigTool that you publish on ConfigTool, including but not limited to participation in activities, transaction information and evaluation details;
• c) Acts that violate legal provisions or ConfigTool rules and the measures taken by ConfigTool against you.

2. Use of Information

a) ConfigTool will not provide, sell, rent, share or trade your personal information to any irrelevant third parties, unless it obtains your permission in advance, or the third party and ConfigTool (including ConfigTool's affiliated companies) provide services to you alone or jointly, and after the end of the service, it will be prohibited from accessing all such data that it could access before.

b) ConfigTool also does not allow any third parties to collect, edit, sell or disseminate your personal information free of charge by any means. If any ConfigTool platform user engages in the above activities, ConfigTool has the right to immediately terminate the service agreement with the user upon discovery.

c) For the purpose of serving Users, ConfigTool may use your personal information to provide you with information you are interested in, including but not limited to sending you product and service information, or sharing information with ConfigTool partners so that they can send you information about their products and services (the latter requires your prior consent).

3. Disclosure of Information

Under the following circumstances, ConfigTool will disclose all or part of your personal information in accordance with your personal will or the provisions of law:

• f) In a transaction created on the ConfigTool platform, if either party to the transaction has performed or partially performed the transaction obligations and submitted a request for information disclosure, ConfigTool has the right to decide to provide the user with necessary information such as the contact information of the other party to the transaction to facilitate the completion of the transaction or the resolution of disputes.
• g) Other disclosures that ConfigTool deems appropriate in accordance with laws, regulations or website policies.

4. Storage and Exchange of Information

The information and data collected by ConfigTool about you will be stored on the servers of ConfigTool and/or its affiliated companies. Such information and data may be transmitted to and accessed, stored and displayed outside the country/region where you are located or where ConfigTool collects the information and data.

Our product is developed based on DCloud uni-app (5+ App/Wap2App). During the operation of the application, it is necessary to collect your device's unique identifier (IMEI/android ID/DEVICE_ID/IDFA, SIM card IMSI information, OAID) to provide statistical analysis services, and improve performance and user experience through application startup data and abnormal error log analysis, so as to provide users with better services. 5. Use of Cookies

a) If you do not refuse to accept cookies, ConfigTool will set or access cookies on your computer to enable you to log in or use ConfigTool platform services or functions that rely on cookies. ConfigTool's use of cookies can provide you with more thoughtful personalized services, including promotion services.

b) You have the right to choose to accept or refuse cookies. You can refuse to accept cookies by modifying your browser settings. However, if you choose to refuse to accept cookies, you may not be able to log in or use ConfigTool network services or functions that rely on cookies.

c) The relevant information obtained through the cookies set by ConfigTool shall be subject to this Policy.

6. How We Share, Transfer and Publicly Disclose Your Personal Information

Entrusted Processing

ConfigTool will entrust third-party service providers to process the personal information we collect from you to enable them to provide us with infrastructure technology, data analysis, advertising delivery, marketing decision-making and other product or technical support. The above entrusted processing acts are subject to the purposes stated in this Policy, and we will supervise the above entrusted third-party service providers by means of contracts.

Sharing

• (1) Obtain your explicit consent or authorization in advance, or you require ConfigTool to share your personal information with third parties via email or other means;

• (3) Share with ConfigTool's affiliated companies: We may share your personal information with our affiliated companies; however, we will only share necessary personal information, subject to the purposes stated in this Policy; affiliated companies will also take the same security measures in accordance with this Policy to protect the security of your personal information;
• (4) Share with ConfigTool's business partners. We may share your personal information with Pinchuang's affiliated companies or system development partners. The purpose of us sharing such information is necessary to realize the service and to provide you with [Universal Login] service.

Transfer

ConfigTool will not transfer your personal information to any companies, organizations or individuals, but in the event of merger, acquisition, asset transfer or bankruptcy liquidation, if personal information transfer is involved, we will inform you of the relevant situation and require the new company or organization that holds your personal information to continue to be bound by this Policy, otherwise we will require the company to obtain your authorization consent again.

Public Disclosure

Unless otherwise agreed in this Contract or clearly stipulated by law, we will not publicly disclose your personal information.

Exceptional Circumstances

In addition, in accordance with relevant laws and national standards, in the following circumstances, ConfigTool may share, transfer and publicly disclose personal information without your prior authorization and consent:

• (1) Related to our performance of obligations stipulated by laws and regulations;
• (2) Directly related to national security and national defense security;
• (3) Directly related to public security, public health and major public interests;
• (4) Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial and judgment execution;
• (5) For the protection of the life, property and other major legitimate rights and interests of the personal information subject or other individuals, but it is difficult to obtain the authorization consent of the person;
• (6) Personal information voluntarily disclosed to the public by the personal information subject or guardian;
• (7) Collecting personal information from legally publicly disclosed information, such as legal news reports, government information disclosure and other channels.

Please note that the information you voluntarily share or even publicly share when using ConfigTool services may involve your or others' personal information or even personal sensitive information. Please share or disclose it with caution. If the involved information contains others' personal information, please obtain others' consent before sharing or disclosing it.

Please be informed that in accordance with legal provisions, if ConfigTool takes technical measures and other necessary measures to process personal information so that the data recipient cannot re-identify a specific individual and cannot restore it, the sharing, transfer and public disclosure of the processed data do not need to notify you and obtain your consent separately.

7. How You Manage Your Personal Information

Please understand that [ConfigTool] may need to enable some permissions and collect necessary personal information to be realized. Exceptions to Response

In the following circumstances, we will not be able to respond to your request:

• (3) Directly related to public security, public health and major public interests;
• (4) Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial and judgment execution;
• (5) We have sufficient evidence to show that the personal information subject has subjective malice or abuses rights;
• (6) For the protection of the life, property and other major legitimate rights and interests of the personal information subject or other personal information, but it is difficult to obtain the consent of the person;
• (7) Responding to the request of the personal information subject will cause serious damage to the legitimate rights and interests of the personal information subject or other individuals and organizations;
• (8) Involving trade secrets.

8. How We Process Minors' Personal Information

ConfigTool attaches great importance to the protection of minors' personal information. In accordance with the provisions of relevant laws and regulations, the collection and use of personal information of minors under the age of 14 requires the authorized consent of guardians; the collection and use of personal information of minors aged 14 to 18 may be authorized by guardians or by themselves.

If you are a minor (especially a minor under the age of 14), we require you to ask your parents or other guardians to read this Privacy Policy carefully, and use our products or services only with the authorized consent of your guardian.

a) All ConfigTool accounts have security protection functions, please keep your username and password information properly. ConfigTool will ensure that your information is not lost, abused or altered through security measures such as encrypting user passwords. Despite the aforementioned security measures, please also note that there are no "perfect security measures" on the information network.

b) When using ConfigTool network services for online transactions, you will inevitably disclose your personal information, such as contact information or postal address, to the transaction counterparty or potential transaction counterparty. Please keep your personal information properly and provide it to others only when necessary. If you find that your personal information has been leaked, especially if your ConfigTool username and password have been leaked, please contact ConfigTool customer service immediately so that ConfigTool can take corresponding measures.
